Important Information
Please review the following information about arrival times, luggage, kimono returns, and other services before your visit.
Visits & Bookings
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time. The lead guest should bring a screen showing the booking details and a form of identification. If you expect to be late, please contact the shop in advance. If you are 30 minutes or more late and have not contacted the shop, your booking will be treated as a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
You can apply online on the same day up to exactly 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival. Each plan’s opening hours and service dates still apply.
You may also visit without a reservation, but from 8:00–9:00 and 18:00–22:00,
Luggage, Valuables & Sizes
We store luggage other than valuables free of charge. We cannot store valuables, so please keep them with you.
Large items such as suitcases can be stored for ¥1,100 per item (tax included).
The Kids’ Plan starts at ¥4,400 (tax included), for heights of 80–140 cm, with no age limit. Elementary-school-aged children and younger must be accompanied by a guardian.
What Is Included in Kimono Rental
Women: Kimono, obi, dressing, accessories, undergarment, tabi socks, zori sandals or geta, and a bag.
Men: Kimono, obi, dressing, accessories, undergarment, tabi socks, zori sandals or geta, and a shingen-bukuro drawstring bag.
Complimentary hair styling for women is available subject to the stated conditions. One basic hair ornament is included free of charge and is separate from paid options.
Return Times & Extensions
Standard Plans
The standard return time is by 18:00. To request an extension or next-day return, apply by 17:00 by phone, LINE, WhatsApp, or in person and receive staff approval.
When you contact us and next-day return is accepted, a regular plan adds ¥6,600 per garment (tax included): 18:00–22:00 extension, ¥1,100 × 4 hours = ¥4,400, plus ¥2,200 for next-day return. Return by 10:00 the next morning. For the Night Plan, the add-ons total ¥4,400 per person/garment: ¥2,200 for Night plus ¥2,200 for next-day return (tax included). If Night is already charged, add only ¥2,200. Return by 10:00 the next morning. Apply for an extension or next-day return by 17:00 that day. Staff approval is required; next-day return also requires advance payment. Apply by phone, LINE, WhatsApp or at the shop.
Night Plan add-on
Return by 22:00 on the same day.
Japanese-Style Makeup
Japanese-Style Makeup can be booked separately, starts at ¥6,600 (tax included), and takes approximately 20 minutes. It includes base makeup, eye makeup, and lip makeup. Kimono rental and hair styling are not included. You may also use makeup products that you bring with you.
Hair Styling
Hair styling is a separate service for women from Japanese-Style Makeup. It is complimentary when both advance booking and advance payment are completed and takes approximately 10 minutes. Men are not eligible. One basic hair ornament is included free of charge and is separate from paid options.
Professional Photography
Professional Photography starts at ¥16,500 (tax included), includes a 30-minute photo shoot and approximately 50–70 photos, and does not include kimono rental. Photos are delivered by Google Drive or SD card within two weeks of the photo shoot.
Payment Methods
Advance payment when booking is available by bank transfer or PayPal. Bank-transfer bookings are confirmed after the shop verifies the actual deposit; PayPal bookings are confirmed after successful payment is verified. Bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility. Groups of 20 or more use a separate group plan and require advance payment. Prior approval by the shop is not required.
Payment at the shop is available by cash, credit card, PayPal, PayPay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Available payment methods may vary depending on the booking method and plan.

There is no additional charge for minor stains from normal use. If difficult-to-remove stains, tears, damage, or loss require repairs, professional cleaning, or replacement, you will be responsible for the actual costs incurred. We do not charge a fixed compensation amount. Please do not wash or repair the items yourself; be sure to contact the shop.

Food, Smoking & Rainy Weather
You may eat and drink while wearing a kimono. Cigarettes are prohibited, including while wearing a kimono. Heated tobacco products such as IQOS may be used only in designated smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the shop.
We operate as usual in ordinary rain. Please take care not to get the kimono heavily wet. Cancellations for personal reasons are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Photos and Videos Inside the Shop
Please ask staff before taking photos or videos inside the shop. Photographing or posting images of other guests or staff without permission is prohibited. Please refrain from taking photos in locations or at times when staff determine that photography is not allowed, such as
Tea Ceremony
The set starts at ¥11,000 (tax included) and includes kimono rental, the tea ceremony, matcha and wagashi. The ceremony itself takes about 30 minutes; the whole experience including kimono dressing takes about 60 minutes. The tea ceremony cannot be booked separately.
Planned next-day return and late return without contact

For a late return without contact, charge ¥1,100 per garment per hour (tax included) from 18:00 for regular plans or 22:00 for Night until the actual return. Any part of an hour counts as one hour.
Crossing midnight without contact does not add the ¥2,200 next-day fee. Do not count the same garment/time twice. The basic rental and any Night charge already selected remain payable.
The booking total includes only the planned charges you selected. Future late returns without contact are not estimated, and contact status is never inferred to charge automatically.
You can apply online with bank transfer or PayPal for dates from today in Japan through the same calendar date next year, inclusive. If February 29 does not exist next year, the limit is February 28. Please email us about dates beyond one year.
