Visits & Bookings

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time. The lead guest should bring a screen showing the booking details and a form of identification.
If you expect to be late, please contact the shop in advance. If you have neither arrived nor contacted the shop more than 30 minutes after your booking time, your booking will be treated as a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Same-day bookings are available, but we may not be able to accommodate you depending on availability.
You may also visit without a reservation, but from 8:00–9:00 and 18:00–22:00, advance booking is required.

Luggage, Valuables & Sizes

We store luggage other than valuables free of charge. We cannot store valuables, so please keep them with you.
Large items such as suitcases can be stored for ¥1,100 per item (tax included / ¥1,000 before tax).

Children’s kimono rental starts at ¥4,400 (tax included) and is available for children 80–140 cm tall who are of elementary-school age or younger.
Relaxed-fit and large sizes from 2LL to 4LL are available for both women and men for an additional ¥3,300 (tax included) per plan. No advance stock check is required.

What Is Included in Kimono Rental

Women: Kimono, obi, dressing, accessories, undergarment, tabi socks, zori sandals or geta, and a bag.

Men: Kimono, obi, dressing, accessories, undergarment, tabi socks, zori sandals or geta, and a shingen-bukuro drawstring bag.

Complimentary hair styling for women is available subject to the stated conditions. One basic hair ornament is included free of charge and is separate from paid options.

Japanese-Style Makeup

Japanese-Style Makeup can be booked separately, starts at ¥6,600 (tax included), and takes approximately 20 minutes. It includes base makeup, eye makeup, and lip makeup. Kimono rental and hair styling are not included. You may also use makeup products that you bring with you.

Hair Styling

Hair styling is a separate service for women from Japanese-Style Makeup. It is complimentary when both advance booking and advance payment are completed and takes approximately 10 minutes. Men are not eligible. One basic hair ornament is included free of charge and is separate from paid options.

Professional Photography

Professional Photography starts at ¥16,500 (tax included), includes a 30-minute photo shoot and approximately 50–70 photos, and does not include kimono rental. Photos are delivered by Google Drive or SD card within two weeks of the photo shoot.

Payment Methods

Advance payment when booking is available by credit card, PayPal, PayPay, or bank transfer. Your booking is confirmed after we verify your bank transfer, and bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility. Groups of 20 or more use a separate group plan and require advance consultation and payment.

Payment at the shop is available by cash, credit card, PayPal, PayPay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Available payment methods may vary depending on the booking method and plan.

Cancellations & Booking Changes

Please review our Cancellation Policy for cancellations or changes to your booking.

Stains, Damage & Loss

There is no additional charge for minor stains from normal use. If difficult-to-remove stains, tears, damage, or loss require repairs, professional cleaning, or replacement, you will be responsible for the actual costs incurred. We do not charge a fixed compensation amount. Please do not wash or repair the items yourself; be sure to contact the shop.

We do not offer damage or loss protection or insurance. Please follow the important information provided at the shop.

Food, Smoking & Rainy Weather

You may eat and drink while wearing a kimono. Cigarettes are prohibited, including while wearing a kimono. Heated tobacco products such as IQOS may be used only in designated smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the shop.

We operate as usual in rainy weather. Please take care not to get the kimono heavily wet. Cancellations for personal reasons are subject to our standard cancellation policy. If the shop determines that the experience cannot be provided because of severe weather, major public transportation disruptions, or similar circumstances, we will offer a date change or a refund.

Pregnancy or Health Concerns

If you are pregnant or have health concerns, please contact us before booking. For your safety, we may ask you not to use a service depending on your condition and the service. If you feel unwell during your visit, please tell a staff member immediately.

Photos and Videos Inside the Shop

Please ask staff before taking photos or videos inside the shop. Photographing or posting images of other guests or staff without permission is prohibited. Please refrain from taking photos in locations or at times when staff determine that photography is not allowed, such as during kimono dressing.

Tea Ceremony

The Tea Ceremony package costs ¥11,000 (tax included) and includes kimono rental. The tea ceremony itself takes approximately 30 minutes, or approximately 60 minutes including kimono dressing. The Tea Ceremony cannot be booked separately.
