Recommended Plans

Women receive complimentary hair styling with advance booking and advance payment (approximately 10 minutes); men are not eligible. One basic hair ornament is included free of charge and is separate from paid options. Group plans can be booked on the same day for 5 or more guests, with no maximum group size. For 5–19 guests, prices start at ¥4,950 per person (tax included). Groups of 20 or more use a separate group plan starting at ¥3,300 per person (tax included) and require advance consultation and payment.

Hours, Pickup and Drop-Off, and Same-Day Guidance
  • Pickup is in front of the Kimono Rental & Tea Ceremony OSHARE ASAKUSA shop. You may get off at a preferred location in the Asakusa area within your course time.
  • Rides can start from 9:00 to 19:30. The 120-minute course can also start at 19:30.
  • Please arrive at the shop 40 minutes before your rickshaw start time.
  • Same-day requests are accepted until 19:00.
  • Availability depends on your requested time, kimono-dressing time, and rickshaw dispatch conditions.

The rickshaw staff will recommend a route after confirming your preferences and the conditions on the day.

Rain, Late Arrival, Service Suspension, and Cancellation
  • Operations in rain are decided according to the severity of the weather.
  • If service is suspended because of strong winds, heavy rain, snow, or similar conditions, you may choose a full refund, rescheduling, or a different plan.
  • If you arrive late, your ride may be shortened by the amount of the delay.
  • If the delay makes the ride impossible, it is treated as a same-day cancellation with a 100% cancellation fee.
  • If a rickshaw cannot be arranged, we will offer another rickshaw, rescheduling, or a full refund.

Experience Flow

Follow the steps from booking through returning your kimono on the day.

    Book & Arrive

    Choose your date, time, and plan on your phone, then arrive 10 minutes before your booking. We will confirm your booking at reception.

  2. 2
    Choose Your Kimono & Get Dressed

    Choose your favorite color and pattern, and our staff will dress you. If you are unsure, you can ask for help in the shop.

  3. 3
    Hair Styling, Tea Ceremony & Photography (Eligible Guests)

    Women who complete advance booking and advance payment receive complimentary hair styling (approximately 10 minutes); men are not eligible. The tea ceremony takes approximately 30 minutes, or approximately 60 minutes including kimono dressing. Professional photography takes 30 minutes.

    Explore Asakusa & Return Your Kimono

    After exploring Asakusa or enjoying your photo session, return your kimono to the shop by the specified time.

The order and duration may vary depending on your plan and how busy the shop is that day.

What time do I need to return my kimono?

The standard return time is by 18:00. To request an extension or next-day return, apply by 17:00 by phone, LINE, WhatsApp, or in person and receive staff approval. Extensions are available until 22:00 at ¥1,100 per kimono per hour (tax included). Next-day return requires advance payment, costs ¥2,200 per kimono (tax included), and is due by 10:00 the following morning.
