We may collect information through booking systems, payment services, and inquiries made through LINE.

• Verifying identity upon arrival, providing services, and contacting guests regarding belongings left behind and similar matters

Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to understand how this site is used and improve its loading speed and usability.

Cloudflare Web Analytics aggregates statistical information such as page views, number of visits, URL paths of pages viewed, referring sources, country, device type, browser, OS, page loading time, and Core Web Vitals (metrics related to loading speed and usability). Measurement data is sent to Cloudflare.

According to Cloudflare's official description, Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage (storage within the browser) to measure usage, and it does not create fingerprints that identify individuals for the purpose of displaying analytics results using IP addresses, user agents, or similar data. Provision to Third Parties and External Services

Except as provided by laws and regulations, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned. When external services such as booking systems, payment services, and LINE are used, the terms and privacy policies of each service also apply.

We use the booking page at https://cr-reserve.e-shops.jp/shop/1204712/. External services may include Google Maps, booking systems, and payment services, and we currently use Cloudflare Web Analytics. Advance payment when booking is available by credit card, PayPal, PayPay, or bank transfer. Payment at the shop is available by cash, credit card, PayPal, PayPay, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. Security Management

We appropriately manage the personal information collected to the extent necessary to prevent leakage, loss, unauthorized access, and similar incidents.
